Over 50 employees in five offices are dedicated to the vision of beo: many of them have been with the company since it was founded in 2003, others joined the beo team during their training and some are still in the middle of their BA degree. In this way, the beo team combines many years of industry experience – in some cases over 20 years – with the enthusiasm of young career starters. We deliberately set great store by a mixed age structure. This blend of senior and junior staff and trainees guarantees a variety of different perspectives and ideas, and at the same time brings excitement and solidity to our everyday working life.

Compared with the rest of the industry, we have an unusually large IT department accounting for 20% of the personnel. Thanks to our own specialists, we not only create ideal IT solutions for our own processes, but can also develop tailor-made applications for our customers.

We carefully select our translators and DTP staff and regularly measure and evaluate their performance. Many translators have been working with us for well over 10 years. This continuity is based on feedback about their own performance, assistance in improving and developing and also fair treatment of each other.
