To us, quality means two things: fulfilling the customers' requirements and continuous improvement.
Our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. We steer and control our specifications and records, regulate our standard processes and select suitable resources accordingly. If possible, we can map individual customer requirements in accordance with ISO 15038 with our tools, such as terminology extraction: automated double-checking principle or complex validations. We discuss corrective measures with our customers wherever necessary, and evaluate suitable preventive measures.
However, that is not enough for us.
We detect and manage errors in accordance with SAE J 2450, an international standard of the automotive industry for measuring the quality of translations in workshop literature. We are the first translation service provider to be audited by Daimler AG. Together with our customers, we have developed a system for categorising and weighting errors.
However, that is still not enough for us.
Particularly strict requirements apply to the legally regulated field for manufacturers of medical products. Our team includes a certified internal auditor, who works with our customers to design processes which comply with the ISO 13485 standard.
We are glad to issue declarations of conformity in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2010 or ISO 15038 for our customers or to be audited by your experts.
